環氧地坪漆顏填料主要是鈦白粉、氧化鐵紅、石英粉等，它們的比重比較大，在儲存一段時間后往往就會沉到油漆桶底部了。分散劑是將添加在南京環氧地坪漆內的顏料、填料潤濕和分散，以保持顏料、填料在環氧地坪漆內的穩定性。分散劑的存在對環氧地坪漆非常重要，否在，環氧地坪漆材料在存儲過程中就會發生沉淀，影響環氧地坪材料的正常使用。分散劑如何提高環氧地坪漆的穩定性：

鏈接涂料和填料粒子，提高涂料內各組分間的親和力，降低涂料地體的表面張力，一方面能提高地坪漆在分散和儲存過程中的穩定性，一方面還能改善地坪漆涂膜流平性的性能，并對浮色發光，色澤遮蓋方面提高強化。

3、平衡外力。

外力一方面有空氣氣壓，一方面有重力，會導致地坪漆內的各種粒子下沉，最終形成沉淀。而分散劑可以對細小粒子產生穩定作用

2、防止浮色發花.

6、增加貯藏穩定性其實原因和上相似,一旦分散劑穩定強度不夠,反而貯藏穩定性變差。

7、增加展色性,增加顏色飽和度、增加透明度(有機顏料)或遮蓋力(無機顏料).
