進行環氧地坪漆施工要求混凝土水泥地面強度在C20以上，否則不能施工，強行施工會出現環氧地坪涂膜與基面附著不良、環氧地坪容易被壓碎、拉裂等問題。但是在實際施工過程中并非所有的混凝土水泥地面強度都會達標，環氧地坪漆施工時遇到地面強度不夠怎么解決呢?通常地坪漆施工基面強度低的原因有以下三種：

地坪漆施工基面強度低解決辦法：

Solutions to low strength of floor paint construction base surface:

若地坪漆施工基面的強度與要求強度差距過大，地坪表面松散，則應對地坪基面進行銑刨處理，清除不達標的混凝土，再重新澆筑強度足夠的混凝土。

If the strength gap between the construction base and the required strength is too large and the surface of the floor is loose, milling treatment should be carried out to remove the substandard concrete, and then re-pouring the concrete with sufficient strength.

影響環氧地坪漆底漆使用量的最主要因素是地坪漆施工基面的強度。施工環氧地坪漆一般要求混凝土地面的強度大于C20，若地面強度過低，地面疏松，易起砂，則環氧地坪底漆的使用量會大大增加。地面強度越低，底漆用量越大。
